Spiced oil

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp bourbon vanilla powder

Fruit salad

1 pink grapefruit
2 oranges
2 tangerines
1 lemon
1 lime
50 g salted, roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
¼ tsp ground allspice

Spiced oil

Mix the oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla in a small bowl.

Fruit salad

Remove all of the peel from the fruit, cut the fruit into slices, serve on a platter. Drizzle with the spiced oil, sprinkle with the pistachios and pepper.

Good to know
Serve with: Fior di latte ice cream
Tip: For a vegan alternative, use maple syrup instead of honey and use vegan vanilla or coconut ice cream.
