How it's done
In a bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, season.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Salt the meat, fry for approx. 1½ min. on each side. Remove, cover and leave to rest for approx. 2 mins. Cut the beef into strips. Arrange the salad on plates, top with the meat and strawberries, drizzle with the balsamic dressing.
|Tip:||Mix ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes into the dressing.|
|Tip:||Thinly slice ½ bunch of basil and scatter on top of the salad.|
