Balsamic dressing

1 tbsp mild mustard
2 tbsp crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
½ tsp salt

Beef salad

1 tbsp olive oil
2 beef entrecôtes (each approx. 230 g)
¼ tsp salt
100 g baby lettuce
250 g strawberries, cut into slices or segments

Balsamic dressing

In a bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, season.

Beef salad

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Salt the meat, fry for approx. 1½ min. on each side. Remove, cover and leave to rest for approx. 2 mins. Cut the beef into strips. Arrange the salad on plates, top with the meat and strawberries, drizzle with the balsamic dressing.

Good to know
Tip: Mix ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes into the dressing.
Tip: Thinly slice ½ bunch of basil and scatter on top of the salad.
