Bircher muesli

80 g whole-grain rolled oats
360 g chocolate yoghurt
1 dl milk
80 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 red-skinned apple deseeded, coarsely grated
200 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)

To serve

50 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
40 g almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
20 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

Bircher muesli

Mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the apple. Carefully mix in the berries.

To serve

Serve the muesli, top with the berries, sprinkle with the almonds and chocolate.

Good to know
Tip: Instead of chocolate yoghurt, use plain yoghurt mixed with 2 tbsp of chocolate powder.
