3 dl water
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
75 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
1 clementine, peeled, chopped
½ tbsp poppy seed
75 g vegan oat yoghurt
1 clementine, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use a little grated zest and all of the juice

To serve

75 g vegan oat yoghurt
1 clementine, cut into wedges
1 tbsp poppy seed

Bring the water, sugar, salt and oat flakes to the boil in a pan, add the clementine, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the poppy seeds, oat yoghurt, clementine zest and juice. Serve the porridge.

To serve

Top with the clementine, oat yoghurt and poppy seeds.
