75 g cream cheese with pepper
½ tbsp water
20 g rocket, finely chopped

Mini rolls

2 pears, thinly sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
85 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices
20 g rocket

Combine the cream cheese and water, mix in the rocket.

Mini rolls

Mix the pears with the lemon juice, spread each slice of beef with 1 tsp of the cream cheese, top with slices of pear and a little rocket, roll up.
