1 cucumber, cut lengthwise into thin slices
1 tbsp olive oil


2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
¼ tsp salt
a little pepper
1 bunch radish incl. green parts, greens set aside, radish quartered


1 smoked trout filet, torn into pieces

Brush both sides of the cucumber slices with oil.

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

With the lid down, grill the cucumber slices over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1½ mins. on each side.


Mix the balsamic, oil, yoghurt, salt and pepper in a bowl. Finely chop half of the radish greens, mix into the dressing.


Add the radish, trout and cucumbers to the dressing, mix. Garnish with the remainder of the radish greens.

Good to know
Tip: Replace some of the cucumber slices with halved mini cucumbers.
