3dl coconut water
1 pineapple, peeled, stem removed, cut into pieces
1 mango, cut into pieces
1 lime, all of the juice

How it's done


Put the coconut water, fruit and lime juice in a blender, puree until smooth, cover and chill for at least 30 mins.

Tip: Rinse the pineapple leaves in hot water, dab dry, use as garnish.
