Apple sauce

600 g apples, peeled, cut into pieces
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp sugar

Raclette

800 g raclette cheese in slices
4 bag Alpine herb tea, contents only
a little pepper
2 tbsp fried onions

Apple sauce

Bring the apples, lemon juice and sugar to the boil in a pan, cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 10 mins., mash with a fork.

Raclette

Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, top with the herb tea, pepper and a little apple sauce. Melt under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins. Serve with the remainder of the apple sauce and fried onions.

Serve with: Waxy potatoes
