8 dl apple juice
1 organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler, use all of the juice
60 g elderberry jelly
2 bags fruit tea
1 cinnamon stick

To serve

1 apple, cut into wedges
1 organic orange, in slices

How it's done

Punch

Pour the apple juice into a pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon stick, bring to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, cover the punch and allow to infuse for approx. 15 mins., strain the liquid.

To serve

Add the slices of apple and orange, serve hot.
