200 g puréed tomatoes
3 tbsp basil pesto
1 dl full cream
½ tsp salt
a little pepper


250 g pasta (e.g. linguine)
salted water, boiling

How it's done

Heat the tomatoes, pesto and cream in a pan while stirring, simmer for approx. 5 mins., season.


Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Set aside approx. 50 ml of cooking water. Drain the pasta, add the pasta and cooking water to the sauce, mix well.

Good to know
Tip: Sprinkle with a little shaved parmesan and several basil leaves.
