1dl water
100g sugar
250g strawberries, cut into pieces
1tbsp lemon juice
1 ½dl full cream

Utensils

8 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

How it's done

Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the strawberries and lemon juice, puree. Stir in the cream. Transfer the mixture to the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 5 hrs. or overnight.
