Ice mixture

2 ½ dl orange juice
2 dl water
½ lemon, use only the juice
2 tbsp icing sugar
½ organic orange, thinly sliced, halved
½ organic lemon, thinly sliced, halved

Sangria poptails

7 ½ dl red wine (e.g. fruity)

8 ice lolly moulds (each approx. 100 ml) and 8 ice lolly sticks

How it's done

Ice mixture

Thoroughly mix the orange juice, water, lemon juice and icing sugar in a measuring cup. Divide the orange and lemon slices between the ice lolly moulds, fill with the orange juice, freeze for approx. 12 hrs., inserting the ice lolly sticks after approx. 2 hrs.

Pour the wine into glasses, place one ice lolly in each glass.
