1tbsp elderflower syrup
2 peaches, cut into slices
3 apricots, cut into pieces
125g raspberries
125g blueberries
125g red currants
125g strawberries, cut into slices
½bunch basil, torn
100g butter biscuit (e.g. shortbread), coarsely crushed

How it's done

Fruit

Combine the prosecco and syrup. Add the fruit, stir, leave to infuse for at least 30 mins. Scatter the basil and biscuits over the top just before serving.
