1 tbsp elderflower syrup
2 peaches, cut into slices
3 apricots, cut into pieces
125 g raspberries
125 g blueberries
125 g red currants
125 g strawberries, cut into slices
½ bunch basil, torn
100 g butter biscuit (e.g. shortbread), coarsely crushed
