Mascarpone cream

125 g mascarpone
1 ½ tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp amaretto
1 organic orange, use grated zest only

Tiramisu latte

4 dl full-cream milk
4 espressos
1 tsp cocoa powder
4 sponge fingers

Mascarpone cream

Thoroughly mix the mascarpone, icing sugar, amaretto and orange zest, divide between the glasses, chill for approx. 15 mins.

Tiramisu latte

Froth up the milk, top the drinks with the frothed milk, pour the espressos over the top, dust with cocoa powder. Serve with biscuits for stirring.
