Pizza

1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle
130g grated Gruyère
1 red chicory, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced
a little salt and pepper to taste
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Pizza

Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Scatter over the cheese, top with the red chicory and pears, season.

Bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.

Good to know
Tip: Finish the cooked pizza with 1 tbsp of runny honey and ½ tsp of finely chopped rosemary.
