2 sausage spirals (approx. 130 g each)
2 crusty bread rolls, halved crosswise


2tbsp Dijon mustard
2tbsp half-fat quark
2pinches salt
a little pepper
1 tomato, sliced
20g iceberg lettuce

How it's done


Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the sausage spirals over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 6 mins. on each side. Toast the bread rolls alongside the sausages, cut side down, for approx. 1 min.


Combine the mustard and quark, season and spread over the bread rolls. Place the sausage spirals on the bread roll bases, top with tomato and salad and cover with the lid.
