1 organic lemon, use a little grated zest and all of the juice
1 ½dl olive oil
½tsp salt
a little pepper
½ mango (approx. 200 g), diced
½bunch basil, finely chopped

Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Add the mango and basil, mix.
