Spice mix

½tsp cayenne pepper
½tsp cinnamon
½tsp ground cumin
¼tsp ground cloves
1pinch aniseed
½tsp sea salt


1tsp peanut oil
150g popcorn

How it's done

Spice mix

In a bowl, mix the cayenne pepper with all the other ingredients up to and including the fleur de sel.


Heat the oil in a wide pan. Add the corn kernels, cover immediately and leave to pop over a medium heat for approx. 2 mins. Add the popcorn to the spice mix and mix well.
