4tbsp apple vinegar
4tbsp sesame oil
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp wasabi paste
1tbsp black sesame seeds


150g white cabbage, shredded
1bunch radish, thinly sliced
4 green asparagus, peeled into thin strips using a peeler
100g cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 carrot, shredded
20g garden cress
Purchase ingredients now


2 jars holding approx. 500 ml each and 1 jar holding approx. 100 ml

How it's done


Mix the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the sesame seeds. Pour the dressing into the small jar, seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Layer the cabbage in the jars along with all the other ingredients up to and including the carrot, garnish with the cress. Drizzle with the dressing prior to serving.
