Charcoal/gas/electric grill

2 baguettes (approx. 300 g each), halved, cut open lengthwise
4 frankfurter sausages

Hot dogs

4tbsp ketchup
1 iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
200g carrots, coarsely grated
100g Gruyère, coarsely grated

How it's done

Charcoal/gas/electric grill

Grill the baguettes over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1 min. on each side.

Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 6 mins. all over.

Hot dogs

Spread the cut side of the baguettes with ketchup, add the lettuce, carrot and sausage, top with the cheese.

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the hot dogs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 1 min.
