180g plain yoghurt
3tbsp milk
1 lemon, use only the juice
2 red-skinned apples (e.g. Braeburn), coarsely grated
250g berries (e.g. blackberries, raspberries or blueberries

How it's done

Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice. Add the apples and berries, mix.
