6 tbsp rolled oats
180 g plain yoghurt
3 tbsp milk
1 lemon, use only the juice
2 red-skinned apples (e.g. Braeburn), coarsely grated
250 g berries (e.g. blackberries, raspberries or blueberries

How it's done

Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice. Add the apples and berries, mix.

Good to know
Tip: Mix 100 ml of whipped cream into the muesli. Mix in the sunflower seeds.
