2tbsp apple vinegar
3tbsp rapeseed oil
150g plain greek yoghurt
¼tsp salt
a little pepper
1 cucumber, halved, deseeded if necessary, sliced
1tbsp dill, finely chopped

How it's done

Combine the vinegar and oil, stir in the yoghurt, season. Mix in the cucumber and dill.
