270g pastry dough, rolled into a circle (e.g. Betty Bossi butter pastry dough)
200g ground hazelnuts
4 apples, sliced

Crumble topping

100g sugar
100g butter
150g white flour

To bake

2balls vanilla ice cream (e.g. Frisco vanilla ice cream)
Purchase ingredients now


One springform pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper, sides greased

How it's done


Place the pastry in the prepared tin, top with the nuts and apple slices.

Crumble topping

Mix the sugar, butter and flour by hand until the mixture becomes crumbly, sprinkle on top of the apples.

To bake

Approx. 50 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, place on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
