½tbsp oil for frying
300g beef frying steaks (minute steaks), sliced
¼tsp salt
a little pepper


½tbsp oil for frying
300g sweet potatoes, diced
1 broccoli (approx. 150 g), cut into florets
1dl water
¼tsp salt
a little pepper
2tsp hot chilli sauce (e.g. Sriracha)

How it's done


Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the meat, stir fry for approx. 3 mins., season, remove from the pan, keep warm.


Heat the oil in the same pan. Add the potatoes and broccoli, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Return the meat to the pan, stir in the hot chilli sauce, heat gently.
