Cocktail

12 blackberries
4 wooden skewers
12 ice cubes
2tbsp blackcurrant syrup
2 ½dl dark beer (e. g. Guinness)
4dl champagne
Purchase ingredients now

Utensils

4 glasses, each approx. 200 ml

How it's done

Cocktail

Thread three blackberries onto each wooden skewer. Divide the ice cubes between the glasses, pour the syrup over the top. Carefully pour in the beer and champagne, place the blackberry skewers in the glasses.
