Cucumber juice

1 cucumber, peeled, chopped

Mocktail

1 lime, the whole juice
20 ice cubes
4 dl ginger beer
1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into eighths
4 sprig peppermint

Cucumber juice

Puree the cucumber, strain, retain the juice.

Mocktail

Divide the cucumber juice, lime juice and ice cubes into the glasses. Top up with the ginger beer. Add two slices of lime and one sprig of mint.

Good to know
Note: Ginger beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic refreshing beverage with a strong ginger flavour.
