2 tbsp olive oil
150 g baby spinach
120 g Fine Food Hot Smoked Salmon With Poppy

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and retain approx. 50 ml of cooking water. Heat the olive oil in the same pan, add the spinach, pasta and cooking water, heat gently and plate up. Tear apart the salmon and arrange on top.

Tip: Warm the salmon.
