1tbsp olive oil
500g sweet potatoes, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
½tsp salt
a little pepper
200g Betty Bossi Federkohl-Mix


1 lemon, use only the juice
2tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp Karma Mandelmus weiss

How it's done


Heat the oil, cook the sweet potatoes for approx. 10 mins. Add the curly kale, continue cooking for approx. 5 mins., season.


Combine the lemon juice with the oil and the almond cream, season. Add the warm vegetables and mix well.
