180g sour single cream
1tbsp grated horseradish in a jar
1tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Finely chop the parsley, combine with the sour single cream, horseradish and mustard. Season the sauce.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
