What is your favourite meal to cook?
My favourite thing to cook is dinner. I have time and can relax at the end of the day.

I love creating my own little world in the kitchen - that's why I rarely cook for two.
Your favourite restaurant?
My current tip: Restaurant Concordia. The plates are in the centre and everyone at the table gets to taste them. A shared culinary experience full of surprising flavour combinations.
What should never be missing in your fridge?
Milk for my cappuccino in the morning.
Which kitchen utensil is indispensable for you?
The tried-and-tested grater (mainly for Parmesan cheese) is in constant use.
Your favourite food as a child?
Oven-baked ham macaroni with lots of cheese for the crunch.
Your favourite meal of the day?
No specific meal, but I love all kinds of snacks: from nuts and fruit to chocolate. The little pleasures in between.

I love cookery books and have countless of them at home, but I also get a lot of ideas from Instagram. Mostly for delicious snacks, quick lunches and amazing desserts.
