Arianna is a real summer child. Her favourite way to bring summer to the table is to prepare fresh salad bowls, always using different ingredients. Arianna loves and lives Italianità, which is why her «soul food» naturally includes a traditional lasagne or parmigiana, garnished with fresh basil, just like at Nonna’s house. And when she cooks these tasty treats for her family and friends and they enjoy them together, they taste at least twice as good!

Which dish do you most enjoy cooking?
I would say that salad bowls are my signature dish. You can prepare them in so many different ways, depending on your cravings or the ingredients you have at home.
What made you take up cooking?
Given my Italian roots, I would say that cooking is in my DNA. Both my parents and my grandparents have always been enthusiastic about cooking, so it has always been a natural passion for me.
What is currently your favourite food?
Parmigiana, just like the one my Nonna used to make.
Which kitchen utensil can’t you live without?
The peeler.
What ingredients do you always have in the fridge?
Lemon (juice).
Do you have a “secret ingredient” that gives your dishes that special edge?
I add cinnamon to almost everything, whether the dish is savoury or sweet.
What inspires you?
Travelling, social media platforms, going to restaurants.
I love Korean cucumber salad. Whether as a light lunch, a snack or a side dish, the spicy, spiral-like cucumbers are a real eye-catcher and taste simply delicious!
