There are countless options for pasta salad. We’d like nothing better than to try a different one every day. And for good reason: they always taste great wherever you are, especially in summer when there are plenty of picnics and barbecues. They are also easy to make in advance and can be eaten cold. Whether fusilli, farfalle, penne or glass noodles, you can vary the base just as much as the ingredients. In the warmer months in particular we don’t just use vegetables and dressings in our pasta salad – fresh fruit also helps create a colourful salad bowl.
