Crème fraîche

200 g crème fraîche
100 g white flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Porridge

3 dl milk, warm
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon

Crème fraîche

Heat the crème fraîche in a pan, simmer gently for approx. 2 mins. Gradually stir in the flour, then stir in the sugar and salt.

Porridge

Pour the milk into the crème fraîche while stirring, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Plate up the porridge, combine the sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top.

Good to know
Tip: Drizzle with 3 tbsp of melted butter.
Note: This is a slightly lighter version of the classic recipe.
