Sugar rim
Pour the water into a deep dish. Empty the sugar into a shallow dish. Dip the rim of the glass into the water and then into the sugar.
Cocktail
Pour the cranberry juice into the glass with the ground cloves, mix. Add the tonic and champagne.
To serve
Thread the cranberries onto the skewer, place in the glass. Decorate the cocktail with rosemary.
| Tip: | For the sugar rim, mix ½ tsp edible gold glitter with the sugar. |
