How it's done
Cheese toasties
Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, rub garlic into the cut surfaces. Drizzle with kirsch, place 2 slices of cheese on each.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove, sprinkle the cheese toasties with paprika, serve with apple sauce.
