2 jars (each approx. 250 ml)
How it's done
Apple compote
Bring the sugar and water to the boil without stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer, swirling the pan occasionally until a light brown caramel has formed. Add the butter, melt, add the apple, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins., allow to cool slightly.
Cream
Stir the Dessert Extrafin, transfer to the jars in alternate layers along with the diced apple and biscuits.
| Tip: | Stir 1/4 tsp of finely chopped rosemary into the Dessert Extrafin. |
