Bulgur wheat

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
100 g bulgur
3 dl water
½ tsp salt


3 ½ tbsp apple vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
2 bunches radishes incl. green parts *-*
½ cucumber, quartered, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cranberries

Bulgur wheat

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and bulgur wheat. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season with salt. Simmer the bulgur wheat over a low heat for approx. 10 mins. Remove the pan from the heat, allow to cool slightly.


Whisk the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season with salt. Add the bulgur wheat, radish, radish greens, cucumber and cranberries, mix together.

Good to know
Tip: Mix in the finely chopped parsley and mint.
