Dip

200 g feta, cut into pieces
30 g wild garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 organic lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
salt and pepper to taste

Dip

Blitz the feta in a food processor. Add the wild garlic, milk, oil, lemon zest and juice, puree for approx. 2 mins. until creamy, season.

Good to know
Serve with: Toast.
Tip: Cover the dip and keep it chilled until ready to serve.
