Blood oranges

2 blood oranges, cut into pieces
1 blood orange, the whole juice
2 tbsp sugar


30 g sponge fingers, cut into pieces
125 g low-fat quark
150 g plain greek yoghurt
1 tbsp sugar
1 blood orange, thinly sliced

Blood oranges

Bring the blood orange flesh, blood orange juice and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 5 mins., leave to cool.


Place the sponge fingers in the glasses. Combine the quark, yoghurt and sugar. Spread half of the blood orange pieces on top of the sponge fingers, top with the quark mixture. Add the remainder of the blood orange. Garnish with blood orange segments.

Good to know
Tip: Mix ¼ tsp cinnamon into the quark mixture.
