Cocktail
Empty all of the ingredients up to the ginger liqueur into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs.
To serve
Place several ice cubes in a glass. Pour the cocktail through a sieve and into the glass. Pour the ginger beer over the top. Decorate the cocktail with thyme and cranberries.
Tip: | To make your own ginger syrup, mix equal amounts of sugar and water in a small pan and add several slices of fresh ginger. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved, but do not boil. Leave to cool completely and remove the ginger slices. |
