Syrup
Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a pan. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, reduce for approx. 5 mins. Pour the syrup into clean bottles, seal tightly, leave to cool.
| Shelf life: | Store unopened in a dark place for approx. 6 months. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within approx. 2 months. |
