1 baguette, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
100 g pesto rosso (red pesto)
50 g chorizo, sliced
150 g mozzarella, torn into pieces

How it's done

Brush the cut surfaces of the baguette with pesto, top with chorizo and mozzarella. Transfer the baguettes to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.

Tip: Top with a little baby spinach before or after baking.
