How it's done
Heat the honey and chilli flakes in a small pan. Add the peanuts and fleur de sel, mix, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stirring the nuts once with a wooden spoon. Remove from the oven, leave to cool.
|Shelf life:||Keep in an airtight tin or preserving jar for approx. 3 weeks.|
