Chestnut cream

50 g frozen chestnut puree, defrosted
½ tbsp cocoa powder
¼ dl full-cream milk

Latte macchiato

2 dl full-cream milk
2 espressos
a little cocoa powder

Chestnut cream

Whisk the chestnut puree with the cocoa powder and milk until smooth, pour into glasses.

Latte macchiato

Froth up the milk, top the drinks with the frothed milk, pour the espressos over the top, dust with cocoa powder. Stir well before drinking.
