1 tbsp clarified butter
2 red-skinned apples, cut into wedges
250 g bread, cut into pieces
30 g cane sugar
20 g butter

Egg mixture

2 ½ dl milk
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Heat the clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the apples for approx. 2 mins., add the bread, sugar and butter, toast for approx. 10 mins.

Egg mixture

Whisk together the milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Pour into the pan. Reduce the heat and cook for approx. 5 mins., turning occasionally, until the egg mixture solidifies.

Tip: Dust with icing sugar.
