I absolutely love overnight muesli! As a result, I'm always on the lookout for new recipes. My latest creation is strawberry overnight muesli. The strawberries give it a fresh summer vibe – simply delicious! Bring on the summer!

Preparation

100 g strawberries, cut into pieces
1 tbsp honey
4 dl milk
200 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
1 pinch salt

To serve

150 g strawberries, cut into slices
360 g plain yoghurt

Preparation

Puree the strawberries with the honey and milk. Mix the oats and salt in a bowl, pour in the strawberry milk, mix, cover and chill for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.

To serve

Divide the muesli between four jars, top with half of the strawberries and the yoghurt, garnish with the remaining strawberries.

Good to know
Tip: Drizzle the muesli with a little honey prior to serving, as desired.
