How it's done
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 3 mins. Place the peach in a large jug, pour in the syrup, leave to cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.
Pour the lemon juice and mineral water into the fruit syrup. Add the cherries, raspberries and ice cubes.
|Tip:||For an aperitif, use 500 ml of mineral water and 1 bottle of prosecco instead of 1½ l of mineral water.|
