Fruit syrup

2 dl water
100 g sugar
2 peaches, cut into wedges


1 lemon, the whole juice
1 ½ litres sparkling mineral water
200 g cherries, pitted, halved
100 g raspberries
ice cube

Fruit syrup

Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a pan, simmer for approx. 3 mins. Place the peach in a large jug, pour in the syrup, leave to cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.


Pour the lemon juice and mineral water into the fruit syrup. Add the cherries, raspberries and ice cubes.

Good to know
Tip: For an aperitif, use 500 ml of mineral water and 1 bottle of prosecco instead of 1½ l of mineral water.
