Kiwi mix

4 kiwis, chopped
2tbsp liquid honey
1tbsp white almond cream
1tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats

Strawberry mix

500g strawberries, chopped
75g plain greek yoghurt
½tsp bourbon vanilla powder

How it's done

Kiwi mix

Place the kiwis, honey, almond butter, lemon juice and oats in a blending cup, puree until smooth, pour into the glasses.

Strawberry mix

Place the strawberries in a blending cup along with the yoghurt and vanilla, puree until smooth. Carefully pour over the kiwi mix. Stir before drinking.
