Sugar syrup

½ dl water
50 g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 sprigs peppermint


4 sprigs peppermint
ice cube, crushed
5 dl Ginger Ale
½ dl lemon juice
Purchase ingredients now


4 glasses, each approx. 250 ml

How it's done

Sugar syrup

Bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil in a pan. Add the mint, simmer until the sugar has dissolved, leave to cool. Remove the mint.


Divide the sugar syrup, mint and crushed ice between the glasses. Top up with the ginger ale and lemon juice.
