100g ice cubes, coarsely crushed
200g nectarines, pitted, chopped
150g raspberries
1cm ginger, grated
2tbsp elderflower syrup

To decorate

50g raspberries

How it's done


Puree all the ingredients until smooth.

To decorate

Pour the shake into glasses, decorate with raspberries, serve immediately.
